We do not seek solely an academic or theory-focused profile, but rather a **practical, proactive, and eager-to-learn individual**, who wants to grow with us by building and improving real applications. ### **Your Responsibilities** **Web Development and Layout** * Developing websites on our proprietary platform and participating in new projects. * HTML and CSS layout of content for CMS and landing pages. * Using frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind for interface development. **CMS and Content Management** * Installing, configuring, and performing basic maintenance of CMS (WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento, or others). * Managing plugins, modules, and updating pages across different environments. **Integration and Data** * Basic handling of data structures such as JSON, XML, and YAML. * Supporting basic database integrations (MySQL, Firebase, Supabase). **Web Support and Maintenance** * Managing basic incidents related to hosting, CMS, or website functionality. * Assisting with site migrations between servers or platforms. **Tools and Optimization** * Using development tools such as Chrome DevTools. * Supporting web analytics setup (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). * Using AI tools to assist development. ### **✅ Requirements** * Education in Web Development, Computer Engineering, DAW/ASIR, or equivalent (or demonstrable self-taught training). * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Familiarity with web page layout and/or CMS usage (WordPress or others). * Basic knowledge of data integration and consumption (JSON/XML). * Ability to use development tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). * Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Interest in web development and eagerness to learn. * Technical English proficiency is a plus. ### **You’ll Stand Out If…** * You have foundational knowledge of **PHP, MVC, and jQuery**. * You are familiar with **API consumption**. * You are interested in learning about **web optimization and performance**. * You have used development tools such as **Chrome DevTools**. * You have hands-on project experience (personal, internship, or freelance). ### ### **What We Offer** * Indefinite part-time contract with potential transition to full-time. * Hybrid position: office at Consell de Cent \+ remote work on Fridays. * **Rational Schedule:** Mon–Thu 09:00–13:00 \| Friday 09:00–13:00 (**Remote Work**). * **Elite Training:** Free access to our **200-hour Digital Marketing Master’s Program** (valued at thousands of euros) \+ weekly training sessions. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on merit. * Birthday day off. * Real growth plan: At Avidalia, we promote from within.
