




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to provide customer service for an industrial paints company, handling orders, resolving inquiries, escalating issues, and performing billing, on a full-time basis. In Granollers, we need a customer service representative for a company specializing in the manufacture of industrial paints. Main responsibilities include receiving orders via telephone, email or electronic means; entering them into the ERP system before daily cutoff; resolving customer queries and complaints; and managing basic-level domestic orders. The role also involves tracking and requesting changes to work instructions; positively influencing the team; organizing coverage during vacation absences; and reviewing activities related to shipments, plant scheduling, inventory levels, and sales. Additionally, the candidate must identify issues requiring escalation to management; prepare documentation regarding customer interactions; maintain relationships with other departments; and perform billing for shipped orders. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift between 07:00 and 16:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum one year of prior experience in the position described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish \- High level of English.
