Installation Technician

At Gamma, we are looking for an Installation Technician to remotely manage the configuration and maintenance of our clients’ installations, following established departmental procedures and ensuring the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities: \-Configure and support installations for new Gamma clients, as well as product and service expansions requiring such support. \-Provision PBX systems in management tools and implement configuration changes. \-Configure VoIP endpoints and various network devices for voice services deployed at clients’ VoIP PBX sites. \-Train users on service go-live procedures. \-Manage technical certification execution by the distribution channel. \-Open technical incidents with Gamma operators and track their resolution. \-Ensure correct configuration of numbers ported to Gamma prior to the cutover window date. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
