Sabadell Gent Gran is a service platform for older adults offering residential care, day centers, serviced apartments, and home assistance services (“*Taulí Aprop*”). It is currently in an expansion and growth phase. As part of the Parc Taulí Health Consortium, Sabadell Gent Gran serves as the cornerstone for developing new integrated social and health care services, as well as existing social and dependency-related services for older adults provided by the Consortium. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supporting residents with activities of daily living. * Promoting autonomy habits. * Performing postural changes. * Assisting with meals. * Facilitating sociocultural activities. * Conducting personal hygiene procedures. * Recording data in the application. **What Requirements Are Necessary?** * Official CFGM qualification in Nursing Assistant. * Qualification in Care for Dependent Persons (CFPM SC10\) or equivalent technical qualification in sociosanitary care. * Catalan language level A2\*. **The Following Will Be Positively Valued:** * Academic and professional trajectory. * Minimum six months’ experience in the sociosanitary sector or similar. * Ongoing training in care for inpatients (residents). **We Are Looking for a Person With:** * **Communication Skills**: clear, respectful, and empathetic communication with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary team, fostering an atmosphere of trust and well-being.
