The ORA (On-Street Parking Regulation Officer) Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring regulated parking zones, ensuring compliance with established regulations, optimizing available spaces, and overseeing the correct application of parking fees. The Controller must collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth system operation and proper use of parking facilities in assigned areas.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and control:
* Supervise and ensure compliance with regulations governing regulated parking (ORA), verifying correct use of parking spaces and appropriate vehicle positioning.
* Issuing fines:
* Identify and penalize violations related to improper parking use (e.g., parking without a ticket, overstaying time limits, etc.) according to established procedures.
* Citizen assistance:
* Respond to driver inquiries and clarify questions regarding parking fees, applicable hours, and regulated parking regulations.
* System and equipment inspection:
* Ensure proper functioning of parking meters and other related devices, reporting any malfunctions or anomalies for repair.
* Revenue control:
* Verify accurate collection of parking fees and conduct audits of revenues generated by parking systems.
* Report preparation:
* Prepare periodic reports on detected violations, revenue generated, and any relevant incidents.
* Commercial management:
+ Execute commercial initiatives and sell company products and services according to customer needs.
**Knowledge and skills:**
* Proficiency in technological tools.
* Experience in customer service.
* Attention to detail: Ability to accurately and efficiently detect irregularities.
* Effective communication: Ability to interact clearly and respectfully with citizens and work teams.
* Organization and time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established procedures and deadlines.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum one year of prior experience in similar customer-facing roles.
* Willingness to work outdoors under all weather conditions.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Residence in the location of the vacancy is mandatory.

* Salary according to collective agreement
