




Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Teleoperator to provide emotional support and telephone accompaniment, and to handle emergencies within the telecare service. Key Highlights: 1. Work in a young, dynamic team with a positive working atmosphere We currently need to hire a **Social Teleoperator** for our offices located in **Girona**, to **make calls** offering **emotional support and telephone accompaniment**, and to **handle** by phone the **emergencies** of service users of the telecare service. **What will you do in this role and what will be your responsibilities?** * Make calls to provide emotional support and telephone accompaniment to users, offering active listening, containment, and psychological guidance, as well as conducting awareness-raising campaigns promoting user well-being. * Handle emergencies of telecare service users at the contact center, received remotely or via phone call, using management systems and applications, applying techniques and skills that guarantee service quality, personalized treatment, and confidentiality. **What do we offer?** * **Temporary** contract for 3 months, with possibility of extension. * 40-hour workweek. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, **09:00 to 17:00**. * Join a young, dynamic team with a positive working atmosphere. **The ideal candidate:** Candidates must possess skills to effectively manage crisis situations and provide support to users during emergencies; therefore, prior experience in emergency telephone assistance or within the social sector will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, comprehension, and empathy skills, as well as the ability to follow emergency protocols accurately and efficiently. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, along with a proactive, service-oriented attitude, will be especially valued. **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory: Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * **Compulsory: Native or bilingual Catalan speaker** * Strong communication and emotional management skills are essential to interact effectively with users during emergencies and to provide emotional support when needed. * Proficiency in office software and typing skills to accurately and efficiently record information during telecare calls. * Desirable: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in the socio-healthcare field or professional certification in telecare calls. **A bit more about us** Tunstall is a leading provider in the healthcare and assistive technology market.
