The selected candidate will play a key role in customer service, advising them on product purchases and ensuring a friendly, professional, and high-quality shopping experience. Additionally, they will actively participate in restocking, organizing, and maintaining the store, ensuring facilities always present an orderly and attractive appearance. We seek a customer-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills and interest in joining an established company deeply rooted in the local community. Duties and Responsibilities: * Personalized customer service and consultation at the store. * Sale of agricultural, gardening, animal feed, seedling, phytosanitary, tool, and other products related to our business. * Identification of customer needs and recommendation of suitable products. * Restocking, labeling, and organizing products in the store. * Inventory control and monitoring. * Receiving and verifying incoming goods. * Preparing orders and assisting with loading products for customers when necessary. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and overall positive appearance of the premises. * Cash handling and register management. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, seedlings, animal feed, or agro-livestock products will be considered an asset.
