At Grup Blasi, we are looking for someone like you to support the management of employee hires, terminations, and contracts, assist in reviewing employment documentation, and help ensure compliance with current regulations, all aligned with our values. Keep reading and discover what this position can offer you! **Why this position?** This role will allow you to join a dynamic team, where your main task will be to support legal compliance regarding payroll, tax, and contractual matters arising from the employment relationship between workers and the organization, as well as to document and record various procedures to certify such compliance. **Your key responsibilities:** * Complete and monitor the registration of hires, terminations, and contract changes, such as shifts in contracted working hours or modifications in contract type. * Review, validate, and register documentation for new hires to formalize employment contracts and initiate work activities. * Register and update personal data of employees, as well as any circumstances relevant to managing the employment relationship. * Formalize call-ups for staff with fixed-term intermittent contracts at the beginning of each work period. * Monitor trial periods and expiration dates of identity documents and work permits for non-nationals. * Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Labor, after verifying legal requirements and those established in internal procedures, and communicate them to Social Security and SEPE. * Coordinate the signing of employment contracts by workers prior to the start of their service provision. * Monitor and record employee sick leaves. * Document disciplinary procedures and register all communications and written records in the affected employee's file. * Prepare documentation required for administrative procedures (including those processed before the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate) and judicial proceedings. * Perform other administrative support tasks related to the above, necessary for compliance with labor and social security regulations. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Monday to Friday with flexible schedule. * Workload: Full-time * Salary: €20,900 distributed over 14 payments. * Benefits package: Enjoy private healthcare insurance (comprehensive and without waiting period after one year at Grup Blasi), flexible compensation, daily buffet at reduced price, open-door day events, and more! * Opportunities for training and professional growth. * The chance to keep developing in an environment that values collaboration and innovation, where you can contribute ideas and lead projects within a dynamic team. **Let the adventure begin!** **To qualify for this position, you must have:** * Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent experience. * Additional training in Personnel Administration, Human Resources and Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management will be valued.
