Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform maintenance on facilities, including fault repair, budget and order management, and inventory registration. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shift We are looking for a qualified individual to carry out maintenance tasks in Tarragona. The position involves conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues within facilities. Responsibilities include repairing faults in equipment and systems, both indoors and outdoors. The role also entails managing budget requests and placing orders to meet departmental needs, in accordance with directives from management. The incumbent will maintain an up-to-date inventory record of facilities and equipment, and collaborate in planning future investments. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday, during morning hours—specifically between 07:00 and 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * We seek a candidate with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. .
