Description
The job involves operating industrial printing machines, with direct responsibility for the production process in a plant. It includes preparing and meticulously adjusting equipment before each print run, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured to optimize efficiency and reduce material waste.
During production, the primary task is continuous quality control and verification. This entails visually inspecting products, monitoring machine indicators, and taking samples according to established protocols to detect any deviation or defect affecting customer standards in a timely manner.
In addition to operational tasks, the role requires proactively identifying issues and resolving minor malfunctions to maintain line continuity. General support is also provided to the team to achieve daily objectives while maintaining an orderly and safe working environment.
A minimum of one year of verifiable prior experience as an operator in industrial environments is required. Basic knowledge of the operation and components of industrial machinery used in printing processes is essential. Candidates must have full availability to adapt to rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night schedules.
