From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced **FORMWORK SITE SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN** to join our team at the precast concrete plant. Your main responsibility will be ensuring compliance with production, quality, and safety standards established by the plant manager. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, your key responsibilities will include: * Supervise production, manage, and coordinate your team * Plan and schedule tasks according to delivery deadlines, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment. * Supervisor in the construction area with experience in various tasks: cutting and bending rebar, preparing, placing, and repairing molds, as well as experience in rebar reinforcement. We are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements: * Immediate availability. * Full-time working hours. * Previous experience in supervisory or management roles. * Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety and health regulations, etc. * Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in production demands. * Specific training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) will be valued. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and abilities. * Possession of personal vehicle (no public transportation access available). * Opportunities for professional development within a leading company in the sector. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability.
