We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Manager**, who will join the team at one of our hotels located in Hotel Ametlla de Mar (Tarragona), a privileged location on the Costa Daurada, ideal for enjoying the sea, nature, and a high quality of life. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of the hotel's facilities. * Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment. * Manage the maintenance team by assigning tasks and ensuring their proper execution. * Monitor material inventory and place necessary orders. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. * Support management in defining technical or operational improvements. * Collaborate with external service providers when required. **Requirements**: * Vocational training degree in Electricity, Electromechanical Maintenance, or similar studies. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally within the hotel or tourism sector. * Solid knowledge in air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, and facility control. * Leadership, planning, and incident resolution skills. * Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
