If you have solid training in industrial maintenance and a proactive mindset for problem-solving, this is your opportunity. **Minimum Requirements** \- Prior maintenance experience, preferably with an electro-mechanical profile. \- Education: Vocational Training Certificate (FP) at Medium or Higher Level in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. \- Technical Skills: Knowledge and skills in diagnosing and repairing faults in industrial machinery. \- Work Capability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-oriented attitude. \- Responsibility and Proactivity: Initiative to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. \- Flexibility: Adaptability to various tasks and work environments. **About the Position:** We seek a **Maintenance Technician** to guarantee the operationality and efficiency of industrial machinery and facilities, playing a key role in minimizing downtime and optimizing production processes. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on all industrial machinery and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and anticipating potential failures. * **Assembly and Disassembly:** Assembling and disassembling equipment according to technical and safety specifications. * **Incident Resolution:** Providing immediate and effective resolution of any incidents, minimizing impact on production. * **Equipment Verification:** Thoroughly verifying proper machinery operation, performing necessary adjustments and calibrations. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to technical fault and incident analysis to implement durable solutions and prevent recurrence. * **Collaboration with Production:** Close and coordinated work with the production department to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. * **Flexibility:** Adaptability to various tasks and work environments. **Highly Valued Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the industrial sector. * Knowledge in electricity/electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
