Various administrative tasks including telephone assistance, document control and filing, invoice accounting, etc. Main responsibilities will be supporting the accounting and administration departments. Document management, telephone assistance, and basic administrative functions. * 5 years of experience performing various administrative tasks. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Superior) * Driving license: B\+E * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1850' to '1950' * Additional information of interest: Candidate is required to join the company's permanent staff. This is a permanent position. Working hours are from 8 AM to 1 PM / 3 PM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required
