Valued experience in educational equity programs and child participation ### **Vacant Position** Facilitator ### **Category** ### **Department** ### **Working Hours** 20 hours per week ### **Salary** According to collective agreement ### **Contract Type** Fixed-term discontinuous contract ### **Duration** One year ### **Workplace** ### **Qualification Required** Bachelor's degree in Social Work and/or Social Education. ### **Preferred Qualifications** Training in educational leisure supervision (leisure supervisor and/or director) Training courses in group facilitation, minimum 20 hours per course Training courses in socio-educational intervention and techniques, minimum 20 hours per course Training course in emotional intelligence, minimum 20 hours per course **Experience in implementing the Passaport Edunauta program or similar programs**, and/or other programs with similar objectives. (Minimum one academic year) (for example: management and facilitation of extracurricular and educational leisure activities; development of educational equity and Education 360 projects; coordination of Educational Environment Plans or local socio-educational programs; management of child participation projects and community facilitation, etc.) ### **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Social Work and/or Social Education. ### **What We Offer** We offer participation in the **"Passaport Edunauta"** project of the Municipal Institute of Education of Tarragona. The "Passaport Edunauta" project is an educational initiative aimed at children aged 6 to 12, with the following objectives: * broaden educational opportunities outside school, * promote equal opportunities, * connect schools, organizations, and educational resources in the city, * and recognize learning achieved through non-formal activities.
