ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Description

We are a family-responsible company with a multidisciplinary team of over 400 people across Spain, Tunisia, Poland, France, and Hong Kong. The selected candidate will be responsible, among other tasks, for: Detecting and repairing failures in assigned machines according to technological groups (presses, shot-blasting machines, trimming machines, Gnuttis, lathes, plastic injection molding machines, zamak injection molding machines, assembly machines, etc.) Carrying out machine and facility modifications and improvements. Performing preventive maintenance tasks on various machines according to production scheduling. Knowing, applying, and complying with the requirements established in the Management System documentation (manuals, plans, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and internal standards) applicable to their position, as well as ensuring that their team members also know, apply, and comply with them. We seek a professional with a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field, along with Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training, ISO Quality training, and ISO Environmental training. At least four years’ experience in repair and maintenance of industrial facilities, and knowledge of ISO 9000 and 14000 standard compliance. Knowledge of hydraulics and familiarity with manual tools. Technical knowledge for interpreting technical drawings. Must possess strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electricity. Windows and Office at user level. Advanced-level ERP management systems. Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens) and Fanuc robots will be valued. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, experience working in multidisciplinary teams, autonomy, flexibility, and proactivity.
