Our mission is clear: **enhancing the value of companies through the development of people** We are seeking a **Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician** to join our staff and work on-site at our client's facility, the Vielha Hydroelectric Power Plant, participating in the supervision of machinery repair works (turbines). If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about occupational risk prevention, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Permanent presence on-site to ensure safety and health. * Monitoring of work activities and operations carried out by personnel and subcontractors. * Preparation and updating of the Safety Plan and annexes (DGPO). * Drafting specific safety procedures. * Coordination with the Client Company and the Safety and Health Coordinator. * Document management and CAE handling via computer platform. * Delivering specific risk training sessions (hydroelectric plant, specific tasks, etc.). * Attendance at project planning and coordination meetings. **What do we offer?** Fixed-term contract aligned with project duration. Working hours: 8 hours per day **Requirements:** --------------- * Senior Technician qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. * Previous experience in infrastructure projects (ideally hydroelectric plants or similar). * Knowledge and experience in CAE document management. * Ability to develop safety procedures and technical documentation. * Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
