Opportunity to work with languages in an international team A 3-star (3★) hotel located in Pineda de Mar is looking for a **Receptionist / Front Desk Agent** for the tourist season. We seek a dynamic individual with strong language skills and a customer-focused attitude to join our front desk team and deliver outstanding service to domestic and international guests. **Main Responsibilities** * Guest service at the front desk. * Managing **check\-in and check\-out** procedures. * Managing **reservations** (by phone, email, and online platforms). * Addressing guest requests and resolving incidents. * Providing tourist information and local area recommendations. * Coordinating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage). * Billing, collections, and cash register closing. * Using **hotel management software (PMS)**. **Requirements** * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service**. * **Mandatory languages:** * Spanish (advanced / native) * English (advanced level) * **Desirable languages:** French, Dutch, German, or others. * Proficiency with computer tools. * Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented profile. * Availability to **work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays**. * Residence near the workplace.
