Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for maintenance tasks across various spaces, using manual tools and electromechanical equipment. Key Points: 1. Priority given to persons with functional diversity or total permanent disability 2. Previous experience in cleaning various spaces will be valued 3. Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday Cleaning staff are required. Prior experience in cleaning various spaces—such as buildings, offices, commercial premises, and common areas—will be valued. Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies will also be taken into account. A Basic General Education certificate or completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) will be considered an advantage. Candidates must reside in Almería city or its surrounding areas. As a Special Employment Center, priority is given to hiring individuals with officially recognized functional diversity (disability certificate of 33% or higher) and/or total permanent disability. Main responsibilities include cleaning internal surfaces such as floors, ceilings, and walls, as well as furniture. Both traditional manual tools and simple electromechanical equipment will be used. A part-time work schedule is offered from Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 18:00 hours, under a temporary contract.
