The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in general maintenance and be focused on ensuring the optimal condition of our facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the various areas of the hotel. * Address and resolve malfunctions and defects related to electricity, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry. * Carry out minor repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. * Assist in maintaining and monitoring the proper functioning of swimming pools and their systems. * Participate in periodic inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure correct operation and safety. * Manage and monitor stock levels of materials and tools required for interventions. * Assist in preparing and setting up special events or activities requiring technical support. * Keep work areas and storage rooms clean and organized. * Report incidents and repair status to the Maintenance Manager. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations in all activities.
