




REQUIREMENTS · ADE, Higher Vocational Training in Administration. · Minimum of 1 year of experience performing accounting and administrative tasks. Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and management control. · Advanced user of Excel and other office software tools. · Optimistic, flexible, proactive, and highly organized individual. · Capable of effectively managing and resolving incidents. TASKS · Input and tracking of accounting records. · Preparation and monitoring of official ledgers and annual accounts. · Bank account reconciliation. · Preparation, sending, and follow-up of orders and budgets. · Collection control and debt recovery. · Management of supplier invoices and payment follow-up. · Invoicing. · Assistance to management. · Support in logistics management.
