You will perform the following responsibilities both in incident resolution and enhancement management: * Gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying process improvements, developing functional specifications, proposing solutions, coordinating development and test planning, preparing user manuals, and delivering training where required. * Providing functional support to the user community. * Monitoring project execution and generating reports on timelines and scope.
