From our professional office in Terrasa, we are looking to hire a person with experience and responsibility in administrative tasks who will provide direct support to the Administration Department. We are seeking someone residing in Terrassa or nearby areas, with a versatile, solution-oriented and proactive profile, accustomed to working in a meticulous and organized manner. \- Provide operational support to the accounting department. \- Issue invoices to clients and carry out their follow-up and delivery. \- Manage invoice collections from clients. \- Update and maintain the client database, including opening and closing files. \- Collaborate in the preparation of quarterly tax forms (VAT, IRPF, etc). \- Report to and work under the direct supervision of the head of the administration department. * Experience 5 years. \- Residence in Terrassa or surrounding areas. \- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within professional environments or multidisciplinary offices. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). \- Proactive, flexible, organized individual with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. \- Strong orientation towards internal and external customer service. * PRIMARY EDUCATION COMPLETED * Degree in Business Administration and Management / Business Sciences * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time
