




We are looking for an IT Support and Services Specialist (IT Service Coordinator) who will report to the Systems Administrator and serve as the main point of contact for users regarding workplace applications and services. The role combines advanced support, coordination with vendors, and participation in improvement projects, aiming to ensure high-quality IT service and an optimal user experience. Responsibilities include managing open incidents, escalating to vendors or specialists when necessary, implementing new infrastructures, and collaborating on business improvement projects. The role also involves supporting procurement and asset inventory tasks, as well as applying end-user cybersecurity measures. This position requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, empathy towards users, and the ability to work simultaneously across different areas, always in coordination with the rest of the IT team. Tasks * Manage user support: incident tracking, identification of weak points, and proposal of improvements. * Ensure availability, performance, and proper functioning of infrastructures, applications, and user-facing networks. * Recommend updates or new implementations and coordinate with vendors for execution. * Maintain asset inventory and support administrative management of purchase orders and invoices within the area. * Develop and update operational manuals and procedures. * Manage data related to applications and processes in coordination with business units, GDPR, and quality departments. * Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards. Collaborate in implementing end-user cybersecurity measures in coordination with the Systems Administrator and CISO. Requirements * Degree or technical engineering in IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent technical field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of end-user equipment, networks, and devices (computers, tablets, phones). * General knowledge of virtual infrastructures and Windows/Linux servers. * Experience with Active Directory management. * Experience in implementing new infrastructures and equipment. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities, showing empathy and understanding towards user issues. * Required: native/professional level in Catalan and Spanish, professional level in English (minimum B2).
