Optimization of logistics and materials management CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER **Responsibilities:** 1\. Personnel and team management. Organize, assign, and coordinate work teams and subcontractors. Supervise that workers under your responsibility fulfill their duties and maintain an efficient workflow. Monitor attendance, working hours, and identify training needs. 2\. Planning and execution control. Interpret drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications to guide operatives. Supervise daily progress to ensure compliance with the project scope and quality standards. Identify schedule deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. 3\. Logistics and materials management. Supervise receipt, storage, and proper distribution of materials on site. Monitor tool inventory and manage machinery entry and exit. Place supply orders and coordinate with suppliers to prevent downtime. **Requirements:** \- Experience in this position or similar roles. \- 20-hour PRL Training in Formwork. \- 60-hour PRL Training. **Benefits:** Salary according to the Construction Collective Agreement, paid in 14 installments.
