Additionally, you will develop, cross-functionally, tracking and performance analysis tools to drive and monitor data-based continuous improvement initiatives. **Main responsibilities include:** * Defining and managing the area’s KPI strategy, ensuring accurate measurement and monitoring. * Developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting tools and dashboards for operational monitoring. * Analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities and propose initiatives, tracking their implementation and results. * Providing analytical support to operational teams, delivering visibility into their KPIs and evolution. * Conducting root-cause analyses and collaborating on defining action plans to improve outcomes. * Acting as a liaison between operations and the business, facilitating data-driven decision-making. **ABOUT YOU:** * Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence, preferably within logistics/supply chain environments. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or Python. * Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI (DAX), Looker (LookML), and InfluxDB (FLUX). * Advanced English proficiency. * Proactive, autonomous attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Analytical and data-driven mindset. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
