We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Adjuster for Assembly Lines** to join the team of an industrial company specializing in the manufacture of premium cardboard packaging. We are looking for professionals with experience in electromechanical maintenance, fault diagnosis capabilities, and knowledge of automated industrial environments. ### **What will you do? These would be your responsibilities:** * Offline machine adjustments due to format changes or incidents. * Basic diagnosis of electromechanical issues (without repair required). * Coordination with the maintenance team for electrical issues. * Performing **preventive maintenance** approximately every \~15 days according to schedule. * Occasional support on the production line in case of absences or staff shortages. * Proposing **operational improvements** for machinery and processes. ### **How will you do it?** * You will be directly hired by the client's team. * You will work onsite at their facilities located in La Ametlla del Vallès. * Working hours will follow rotating shifts from Monday to Friday every two weeks: * Morning: 5:45 to 14:00 * Afternoon: 13:55 to 22:10 * Night: 22:00 to 6:00 REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * Medium or higher-level vocational training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Electricity, or similar. **Professional experience:** * Between 2 and 3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance in an industrial environment. * Experience in the packaging, paper, or graphic arts sector is desirable. ******Technical skills:** * Diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical systems. * Knowledge of motors, sensors, transmissions, bearings. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of automated machinery. * Application of industrial safety, occupational health (PRL), and environmental regulations. **Other requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Own vehicle to reach the workplace.
