You will manage small-scope projects focused on continuous improvement. **Your Responsibilities** * Support maintenance operations by intervening in cases of major failures that cannot be easily resolved by shift technicians, ensuring equipment and facilities maintain adequate availability to meet company objectives, * Analyze trends in CMMS data and historical incident records to propose improvements reducing failure recurrence, * Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing process, production equipment, and facility-related issues; conduct technical consultations with equipment and material manufacturers and suppliers, * Schedule and/or analyze databases, algorithms, and SCADA systems, * Interpret results from vision systems, vibration analysis, or predictive analytics systems, * Implement improvements derived from productivity analysis of production lines, * Manage small-scope equipment and facility projects, * Coordinate design, testing, and validation activities jointly with relevant departments and equipment manufacturers, * Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and budget, * Draft and review technical procedures and guidelines, * Collaborate with all companies within the DxBU. **Who You Are** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the responsibilities listed above. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required.
