




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Chef to prepare the hotel's and staff's gastronomic offerings, adhering to quality and food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of food safety standards We are a hotel group located on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Chef at one of our hotels \- Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva. Key Responsibilities: * Adhere to the company's appearance standards. * Coordinate with dining room supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery. * Prepare gastronomic offerings for all meals served at the hotel, following quality standards. * Prepare gastronomic offerings for staff, following established quality standards. * Comply with food safety regulations. * Follow product handling instructions provided by the supervisor. * Prepare mise en place to facilitate workflow during service periods. * Observe the order of product consumption, always respecting expiration or best-before dates. * Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. * Monitor kitchen inventory levels. * Store food properly, clearly labeling containers with contents and storage date. * Perform other duties as required for the position. Education and Requirements: * Vocational Training Certificate in Gastronomy (CFGM) or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Flexible working hours. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with breaks as stipulated by law. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
