Together, we pursue the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comply with external and internal standards regarding labor legislation, quality protocols, environmental protection, and workplace safety. * Apply HSE-established protocols, including the use of PPEs, knowledge of occupational risk prevention documentation, and legal authorizations for safe work activities. * As a *Quality Assurance Production Technician*, release drug batches to the market, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing, distribution, marketing authorization practices, and applicable regulations. * Participate in daily operational follow-up meetings (Visual Management) and manage resulting incidents. * Coordinate the daily work plan according to logistical priorities to meet the scheduled production plan. * Participate in investigations of deviations, OOS/OOT events, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to production processes within their APU. * Manage RQNs and participate in related meetings. * Perform daily serialization tracking. * Review documentation related to batch release (packaging guide, factory guide) and ensure deviations are closed prior to release. * Enter relevant data into LUNA derived from the review of packaging and factory guides. * Create, review, and approve general and specific quality procedures for their area, ensuring availability, validity, and proper implementation. * Collaborate with production technicians in onboarding, training, and qualification of APU personnel by preparing and promoting training programs. * Train other AQPs. * Participate in projects, validations, and qualifications within their APU. * Participate in internal audit programs and external inspections, including assessment, execution, and follow-up of resulting action plans. * Act as backup for support function activities (performing technical controls of SE and PA arising from incidents or deviations and/or ensuring sample collection for sample library and SOG). * Actively participate in company-driven talent management initiatives. ***About You*** * Experience: Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry in quality roles under GMP standards. * Technical and soft skills: ### **Technical and Process Competencies** * Experience in manufacturing and packaging processes of pharmaceutical products. * Knowledge of production planning and operational routines, as well as sector-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * Proficiency with digital quality management tools. * Competence in using computer tools and quality and production management software. ### **Analytical Competencies** * Ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve production processes. * Experience in deviation and quality issue investigations, preferably with GPS3 Sr Investigator profile. * Management of key quality indicators (OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPAs). ### **Continuous Improvement Competencies** * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives. ### **Leadership and Collaboration Competencies** * Leadership skills to advise and guide production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and planning teams. * Education: Degree in Pharmacy * Languages: Fluent written and spoken English. **Advance** with *progress*. **Discover** the *extraordinary*.
