




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labor Consultant to comprehensively manage the labor department within a tax, labor, and accounting advisory firm. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will comprehensively manage the labor department 2. You will prepare payrolls, settlement documents, and employment contracts 3. You will handle social security matters and tax declarations The tax, labor, and accounting advisory firm requires: A Labor Consultant with over two years of experience and knowledge of A3NOM software. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of the labor department: preparation and review of payrolls, settlement documents, and severance calculations; drafting of employment contracts, extensions, and notifications to SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service); managing employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the social security system; calculation and filing of social security contributions (RED/SILTRA systems); handling temporary disability, maternity/paternity leave, and other related matters; application of collective bargaining agreements and their updates; filing of Tax Forms 111\-190 and Form 345; managing ERTE proceedings, SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service), and Labor Inspection matters.
