**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive innovation and technology transfer projects in regenerated textile materials (natural polymers, biomass valorization, recycled fibers) and in the optimization of industrial processes (waste reduction, defect detection, predictive quality).
* Support the identification and management of funding sources (European, national, and regional) for strategic R&D&I projects.
* Coordinate and manage collaborative project proposals, ensuring alignment with sectoral needs and the unit’s capabilities.
* Monitor trends and technological advances in textile processes and technologies to guide innovation strategy.
