The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, operational capability, and maximum availability of machinery and production facilities by carrying out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:** * + Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance plans (inspections, lubrication, adjustments, checks). + Perform predictive maintenance tasks (thermography, vibration analysis, etc.) and propose improvements to optimize equipment performance. * **Corrective Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis:** * + Diagnose and repair faults of **electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic** nature on machinery and installations. + Respond quickly and efficiently to production stoppages, minimizing downtime. + Knowledge of **programmable logic controllers (PLC)** for diagnosing and correcting control logic faults. * **Management and Documentation:** * + Complete work orders and maintenance reports (preventive and corrective) in the management system (CMMS/EAM). + Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and facilities. + Manage spare parts and material inventory, requesting necessary components. * **Safety and Quality:** * + Ensure all interventions are performed under the strictest **safety standards** and occupational risk prevention protocols. + Apply quality procedures to all repairs and installations. * **Continuous Improvement:** * + Collaborate in the commissioning of new machines or production lines. + Propose and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and durability. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in **Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics**, or similar. * **Experience:** Minimum **2\-3 years of proven experience** in electromechanical maintenance roles within industrial environments (preferably in \[specify sector, e.g., automotive, food, packaging, metal, etc.]). * **Essential Technical Skills:** * + Solid knowledge of **industrial electricity** (reading schematics, electrical panels, motors, frequency drives). + Knowledge of **industrial mechanics** (transmissions, bearings, pumps, gear systems). + Experience with **pneumatic and hydraulic systems**. + Basic knowledge of **automation and PLCs** (diagnostics). * **Additional Desired Skills:** * + Welding knowledge. + Experience using CMMS software. + Forklift or elevated platform operator license. * **Competencies:** Strong **diagnostic and problem-solving skills**, teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. **What we offer:** * **Indefinite contract** with a solid and growing company. * **Competitive salary** \+ performance-based variable pay. * **Life insurance** from day one. * Benefits: **canteen service, flexible compensation** (medical insurance, childcare) * Dynamic, technical, and collaborative work environment.
