A leading company in the industrial maintenance sector is seeking to hire an electromechanical technician for its technical team, with stable projects and presence across various productive sectors. In this project, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally within a dynamic, growing family-owned company, in a solid, stable work environment with long-term prospects. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Assembly and installation of industrial equipment. * Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions. * Interventions on production machinery across different sectors. * Work involving industrial electricity, industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * On-site work at client facilities and external technical services. * Welding experience (TIG and MIG) is valued. **Education and experience:** * Minimum experience: **3 years in an industrial environment.** * Demonstrable experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery. * Ability to independently handle malfunctions, diagnostics, and commissioning. * Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. * Experience working in industrial plants (not residential or office settings). * Additional training in electricity, repair, and maintenance will be considered an asset. **Personal competencies:** * Responsible, committed, and professional individual. * Ability to work both as part of a team and independently. * Orderliness and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills. * Tolerance for demanding production environments. * Interest in stability and long-term development within the company. **Employment conditions:** * Full-time position. * Rotating shifts. * Salary: €28,000 – €32,000 gross per year, depending on experience. * Immediate start. * Mandatory: **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.** * Location: Vallès area.
