Dara\-Lyo, part of the Dara Pharma group, is a growing company in the industrial machinery sector that designs and manufactures lyophilization equipment. Founded in 2008 providing technical services, it began manufacturing its own equipment in 2012, competing internationally. **What will you do?** * Assembly and Adjustment: Assemble lyophilizer components according to design drawings and technical specifications, ensuring precision in alignment and fitting of mechanical and electronic parts. * Perform commissioning and final adjustments of machinery both during production and at customer sites. * Repair any malfunctions that may occur in the equipment. * Conduct operational tests to ensure equipment functions correctly and technical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and vacuum are within appropriate values. * Complete technical documentation and follow process regulations and quality controls. * Verify the quality of parts and components during the assembly process, ensuring each lyophilizer meets established technical and safety standards. * Work closely with the engineering team, designers, and production staff to ensure technical specifications are properly followed and assembly and delivery deadlines are met. * Participate in identifying potential improvements in design and assembly processes to optimize quality, operational efficiency, and reduce assembly times. **Education:** * Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems. * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and/or electro-pneumatics. * Knowledge of automatic or control systems (PLC, machine programming) is desirable. * Intermediate level of English is desirable. **What do we offer?** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM (8.15h/day), Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (7h/day).
