Vic, Osona Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday Indefinite contract 27/08/2026 Job Description Intralogistics Manager responsible for further driving continuous improvement of advanced strategic planning processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and alignment with the company's overall objectives. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Lead intralogistics planning and capacity management, ensuring alignment with production and operations strategy. * Optimize internal material flows (warehouse, plant, and inter-factory), improving efficiency, costs, and traceability. * Analyze and control intralogistics costs, defining and monitoring KPIs for efficiency and profitability. * Drive continuous improvement through analysis, selection, and implementation of appropriate technologies for storage systems and logistics flows. * Collaborate in developing and implementing indicators in SAP Analytics and Power BI. * Lead and develop the intralogistics team, fostering professional development. * Apply Lean methodologies and new technologies to automate and improve processes. * Participate in expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the supply chain. * Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and supply chain, contributing to strategic projects such as the Future Factory model. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all logistics operations. Requirements * Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organization Engineering with specialization in Operations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Preferred: Specific training in Supply Chain Management, advanced logistics, or information systems applied to operational areas is highly valued. A candidate with strong analytical capability, cross-functional vision of operational processes, excellent communication skills, interpersonal ease, and teamwork ability. * Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organization Engineering with specialization in Operations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. High level of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
