YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Photo Retoucher to join our Kids & Teen team. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting images of our products, ensuring they reflect the quality and style that characterizes Mango: * Perform high-quality digital retouching on product photographs for use in e-commerce, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials. * Collaborate with photographers and designers to understand the specific needs of each project and ensure visual consistency. * Adjust color, lighting, and image details to meet Mango's standards. * Maintain organization and archiving of retouched images. * Participate in creative meetings to contribute innovative visual ideas and solutions. ABOUT YOU: * Proven experience in digital photo retouching, preferably in the fashion industry. * Proficiency in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. * Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong teamwork skills and effective communication across departments. * Passion for fashion and visual design.
