TASKS TO BE PERFORMED • Classification, review, and registration of invoices according to established procedures. • Management and control of delivery notes. • Customer service and complaint handling. • Supplier management. • Shipment tracking and logistics. * Administration and finance * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Intermediate/advanced level of English and/or French. • Knowledge of marketing and digital communication will be valued. • Accounting knowledge. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (30 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1080' to '1145' * Other relevant information: Intensive 6-hour morning shift from Monday to Friday.
