Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025\. **About the Role** The Product Manager will act as the link between customers and the engineering team, capturing customer and market requirements, defining value, and guaranteeing solutions that meet expectations. **Main tasks and direct related responsibilities:** * Ensuring customer\-driven design, considering customer needs and pain points. * Collaborating with Marketing to assess strategic fit, prioritizing leads, and defining minimum configurations and potential extensions. * Driving commercial feasibility: pricing, target margins, sales strategy, and risk analysis. * Preparing business cases, evaluating ROI for new projects, planning releases and managing user stories. * Supporting sales in product promotion and assisting Project Managers in cost planning. * Contributing to system integration and final design validation, ensuring that products meet user requirement. The position is based in Santa Perpétua de Mogoda, Spain. **What You Need to Be Successful** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering) or ADE. * At least 5 years of experience in a similar function, managing all stages of the product life cycle, ideally in the industrial or technological sectors (industrial machinery and automation preferred). * Knowledge of software development and web technologies, and knowledge of the target market and industry. * Good communication skills and team\-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities. * Experience in presenting and reporting to executive boards. * Customer\-driven attitude, stewardship, collaborative and innovative mindset. * Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). * Availability to travel worldwide when needed.
