**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Architect – Construction Manager for a European Union–funded project in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Construction management, preparation of final construction documentation, and drafting modifications to the Execution Project for a public scientific–technological building. * Construction progress monitoring. * Control and preparation of the various reports comprising the Execution Project. * Liaison with public entities. * Preparation of Health and Safety Studies. * Drafting of Tender Documents and Budgets. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture (MECES 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid EU driving license (Category B). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 3 months to 1 year of experience in drafting Basic and Execution Projects for laboratory buildings. * 3 months to 1 year of experience in construction work and use of software applications for construction control and measurement of laboratory buildings. ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Certified training and/or demonstrable experience in using BIM tools (documentary evidence must be submitted with the application). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + A temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
