If you are a professional with experience in bread and pastry production and passionate about high-quality work, we want to meet you! What do we expect from you? * Production of bakery and pastry products (kneading, fermentation, baking, finishing). * Preparation of doughs following recipes and quality standards. * Monitoring of timing, temperatures, and production processes. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Daily work organization and support in production planning. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in industrial or artisanal production. * Knowledge of food safety regulations. * Responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.
