**Vacancies Planned** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 3 Architects for the review of European Aid files in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in the quality management of European Aid files. * Support in planning and scheduling of actions. * Support in managing the necessary administrative procedures for implementing the different measures defined in various programs. * Support in designing and operating systems for receiving and managing inquiries related to action execution. * Support in defining a governance model to ensure coordination among different agents involved in program implementation, as well as defining standardized procedures. * Support in preparing meetings with the different agents involved in execution. * Support in monitoring planning and proposing follow-up indicators for different actions. * Support in monitoring and updating indicators associated with different actions. * Support in document management and updating information to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project progress reports, indicator analysis, risk management, etc. * Support in drafting documents required for processing and managing these procedures. * Use of necessary applications for carrying out the tasks covered by the assignment. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic title. * Work history record and/or employment contract that allows verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes that allow verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Foundations of Architecture, or Master's Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in administrative management of grants for improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience working for public administration in the last 5 years. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates in the last 5 years. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience using the REHABILITA software tool. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects. **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union Funds. + Full-time.
