**Why do we need you?** We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn individual to join our Natural Resources business unit, which operates three gypsum quarries in the province of Almería, one silica sand quarry in Portugal, and one feldspathic deposit in Segovia. This position is located in Sorbas and involves Europe’s largest open-pit gypsum mine. Our production process includes: * Removal of topsoil for use in the restoration process. * Stripping of horizontal marl layers between each gypsum level. * Drilling of benches, followed by controlled blasting to extract the mineral. * After size reduction using hydraulic hammers, the mineral is loaded onto large mining dump trucks by excavators. * Dump trucks feed the crushing plant. * Following size classification in the screening area, the material is stored in silos for subsequent transport to ports.
