**Vacancies Planned** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental matters, is seeking to hire 1 Architect for reviewing European Aid files in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in quality management of European Aid file processing. * Support in planning and scheduling of actions. * Support in managing administrative procedures required for implementing various measures defined in different programs. * Support in designing and managing systems for receiving and handling queries related to action implementation. * Support in defining a governance model to ensure coordination among different agents involved in program execution, as well as defining standardized procedures. * Support in preparing meetings with different stakeholders involved in implementation. * Support in monitoring planning and proposing follow-up indicators for various actions. * Support in monitoring and updating indicators associated with various actions. * Support in document management and updating information to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project progress reports, analysis of indicators, risk management, etc. * Support in drafting documents necessary for processing and managing these procedures. * Use of required software applications to carry out assigned tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuing the academic title. * Employment record and/or employment contract that verifies and certifies the required professional experience. * Internship annexes that verify and certify the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a University Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in administrative management of subsidies for improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience working with public administration in the last 5 years. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates within the last 5 years. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience using the REHABILITA software tool. * From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects. **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time position.
