If you thrive on challenges, **we’re looking for you!** **Your mission will be:** * Collaborate on optimizing the preventive maintenance plan to improve equipment and facility availability, reliability, and efficiency. * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. * Assign and coordinate daily maintenance team tasks. * Verify the quality and completion of tasks performed by the maintenance team. * Diagnose failures and support the team in analyzing recurring failures, as well as proposing improvement actions. * Implement, configure, and manage the organization’s GMAO/CMMS system. * Locate and procure spare parts, and maintain basic inventory control of critical items. * Collaborate on the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as its decommissioning when necessary. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with growth potential. * Full-time position with split shifts. * Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology. * A dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. * Workplace location: Viladecavalls (Barcelona) **If you have maintenance experience, a desire to learn and improve, and are ready to deliver innovative solutions, this is your place!** We require that you hold an Industrial Mechatronics Higher Vocational Training Qualification.
