**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Architect – Execution Project in Almería **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Joining the team developing the execution project for a public building. * Design and development of assigned project models using Revit. * Integration of structural and installation elements into the execution project, including calculations and schematic diagrams. * Control and preparation of various reports constituting the Execution Project. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merit Criteria (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in BIM tools (to be attached). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 day and 9 months of experience in developing Basic and Execution Projects for public buildings (to be reflected in CV). * Between 1 day and 9 months of experience in developing projects using BIM tools (to be reflected in CV). * Between 1 day and 9 months of experience in calculating installations using the Cypemep tool (to be reflected in CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility to formalize a training contract aimed at obtaining professional practice related to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a previous training contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been formalized for over 6 months). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months’ duration, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
