Photovoltaic Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a **Photovoltaic Maintenance Technician** to join our Operations and Maintenance team, with direct responsibility for ensuring the proper preservation and operational functionality of photovoltaic installations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in the **execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance**, ensuring compliance with established technical, safety, and quality standards, as well as operational continuity and optimal performance of assigned plants.
Particular value will be placed on candidates demonstrating **strong technical judgment, field autonomy, and a proactive approach to incident resolution**, capable of working in a structured manner and maintaining rigorous documentation within a demanding technical environment. Work location to be agreed upon, preferably southern Spain.
Main responsibilities:
* Execution of **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on photovoltaic installations.
* Diagnosis and resolution of faults in **inverters, strings, electrical panels, substations, and solar trackers**.
* Supervision of installations via monitoring systems and alarm management.
* Conducting technical inspections, electrical measurements, and functional tests.
* Recording and preparing **technical reports** on interventions, incidents, and actions performed.
* Coordination with other technical teams and external suppliers as required.
* Strict adherence to **safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures**, as well as current electrical regulations.

**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in photovoltaic installation maintenance or in electrical industrial environments.
* Solid knowledge of **low and medium voltage (LV/MV)** systems.
* Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
* Operational autonomy, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills.
* Availability for fieldwork and travel.
* Valid EU driving license (Category B).
**Education**
* Medium or higher-level **Vocational Training** in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Renewable Energies, or related fields.
* Photovoltaic-specific technical certifications and OHS training will be considered advantageous.
