We are recruiting a **Maintenance Manager** for **COMESA**, an industrial company in the metal packaging sector, with its headquarters in **San Adrián (Navarra)**.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Lead the maintenance department across the San Adrián and Logroño plants, ensuring optimal availability and operation of cutting lines and auxiliary equipment.
* Design, implement, and develop a preventive and planned maintenance program tailored to actual production conditions and machinery status, managing the corresponding budget.
* Analyze recurring failures and establish improvement actions to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
* Coordinate and provide technical support to the maintenance team, identifying training needs and advising on resolution of complex incidents.
* Manage specialized subcontracting companies for electricity, electronics, and spare parts, ensuring effective service aligned with plant requirements.
* Participate in the technical definition of investments, machinery modifications, or process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards for quality, safety, and order within the technical area.

**What are we looking for in you?**
* Technical education in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in a similar role; candidates from the metallurgical, metal packaging, cutting line, or metallurgical process sectors are preferred.
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies, failure analysis, and planning.
