




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a **Surveying Manager** with extensive experience in the sector to join our team of highly qualified professionals. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all surveying and measurement activities related to hydraulic infrastructure projects. This role is key to ensuring our projects are executed with the required precision and in compliance with company standards and current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the surveying and measurement department, ensuring proper application of techniques and methods in all works carried out. * Plan and coordinate on-site surveying activities, ensuring smooth communication among different work teams. * Conduct precise land and construction measurements, preparing technical reports to support decision-making in projects. * Collaborate with the engineering team in developing and optimizing road infrastructure designs and drawings. * Maintain up-to-date surveying equipment and software, ensuring their correct use and maintenance. * Train and supervise assigned personnel, promoting a safe and efficient work environment. * Interact with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with assigned deadlines and budgets, managing potential deviations. * Actively participate in budget preparation and project planning, contributing expertise in measurements and surveying. **Requirements:** * University degree in Surveying Engineering, Geodesy or similar fields. * 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in road infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in surveying and measurement software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent). * Expertise in surveying equipment and tools (total stations, GPS, levels, etc.). * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication abilities and teamwork capacity. * Commitment to safety and sustainability in construction projects. **We offer:** * Joining a dynamic and professional team working on a large-scale project. * Full-time contract with opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. * Continuous training and growth opportunities within Grupo Ortiz.
