




Job Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Leadership Team, ensuring operational efficiency and coordination across the organization. We seek to hire an Executive Assistant whose primary mission is to support the Managing Director and Leadership Team, ensuring operational efficiency and appropriate coordination with other organizational departments. The objective is to optimize time and resources through effective management of calendars, meetings, documentation, events, and administrative tasks. \+Responsibilities and Duties * Calendar management and meeting coordination for the leadership team, including support in closing meetings with key clients. * Preparation of documentation, reports, and executive presentations. * Travel organization, venue and hotel reservations, and associated logistical management. * Coordination with other Chubb subsidiaries and executive assistants to organize visits and meetings. * Organization of corporate events, working breakfasts, and team-building activities. * Coordination of internal and external communications. * Mail handling and responding to inquiries on behalf of leadership. * Translation of documentation when required. * Execution of administrative tasks inherent to the role. * Ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics, corporate policies, and internal standards. * Adherence to the group’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Efficient reporting of completed work. * Performing additional duties aligned with the needs of the role or department, without implying a change in professional classification. \+Requirements * Required education: Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or University Degree. A degree in Business Administration or similar is desirable. * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar positions.
